Eligibility for Replacement 

  1. Callus Remover:

    • Can be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is broken, damaged, or defective.
    • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  2. Callus & Crack Heal Cream:

    • Can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if it is unused, sealed, and found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Conditions for Replacemnt 

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or if the product has been used or tampered with.
  • proof of damaged, defective should be sent to what's app support team
